In cases where a broker interacts with a client of Credit Climb, both the broker and the client provide Credit Climb with irrevocable authority to engage in full and frank disclosures with their broker. This includes authorizing Credit Climb to request (or provide) any client details or other necessary information from their broker. The broker warrants that they have obtained permission from the client for Credit Climb to update the client’s broker simultaneously, either prior to or following an update provided to the client by Credit Climb.

Credit Climb does not provide loans, legal, or financial advice. We act solely as your representative. Individual requirements are subject to external responsible lending guidelines and adherence to the lender’s internal credit assessment criteria.

Credit Report

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by directly contacting the credit provider and/or the credit reporting agency. However, neither you nor any credit restoration organization have the right to demand the removal of fair, accurate, current, and verifiable information from your credit report. Fees may apply for this service.

You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit agency, subject to reasonable fees.

You may independently notify a credit agency in writing to dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file. The credit agency must then conduct a reinvestigation and modify or remove inaccurate or incomplete information. No fee may be charged for this service. Relevant information and copies of all documents concerning an error should be provided to the credit agency.
